They seem a little flimsy but they work great at night. You will be sure to get some attention. I bought these for one reason and one reason only; to give my self more visibility when I ride at night. Anything that will help cars see me better. I actually feel like dork with these on my bike but I don't care since they do help illuminate your wheel. It doesn't prove a steady consistent illumination; however, it does light up and it does make your bike visible by others. I didn't buy these for any "wow" factor I bought them for safety. Batteries run a short life but overall happy with product. My 8 yr old is with me while i'm walking therefore not able to get lights to go off very often...i'm sure they are great for kids who can ride to their friends houses and around neighborhood...you can see them from far away so they are an excellent safety item. Easy to install. This product works really well. I installed them on my bike in December and now, nearly three months later, they are just starting to dim. And that's with over one hour riding every weekday. They are very sensitive, the slightest motion will cause the light to come on. You need to be careful installing them. They were a tight fit on my presta valve stems and one of them cracked while being screwed on. It still works, but they should be built a little better. is satisfied with the LEDs, I was very nice my bike, they are quite sencibles the movement so I think it's fantastic Be careful, the light does not work on Presta Bicycle Tube Valves(used for slim road bike tires), only Schraeder Bicycle Tube Valve works(mountain bike tires). Also I only received 1 piece, not 2 pieces (for front and back tire). I don't expect much for $5 and this product was near-total disappointment. Not bright enough to see from a car. Does not illuminate consistently.When back in the package for return, seemed to work better--so I reconsidered. When again removed from the package, performance returned to previous low-levels. They're going back. This blue led flash tyre whell valve is the best thing you can put on your bicycle. Coolest thing since sliced bread! These lights are easy to install, cheap, really bright, and get a lot of attention.
