Does not work properly. It was cheaply made. The concept is great but the mechanism is a fail. One of the two worked ok after taking it apart and customizing the connectors to the batteries. as others previously said, these do NOT work for bicycles. it might work for high speeds on bikes or cars. nevertheless, the product should not be advertised like that. the product comes from Singapore/Hong Kong, it takes 1 month to arrive, and of course, nobody will return something worth $5. bottom line: do NOT buy it, if you intend to use it for a bicycle. Got these for my 9 year old. They work pretty good...one is a little dimmer than the other, but he loves them. They don't look like the photo at all, but I figured that before purchasing them. I bought these for my bicycle. They fit perfectly. Great motion detector built in. Really bright. They came very very early. These lights are terrible. They flicker when the wheel is not in motion instead of staying off. Also, one of the pair shipped did not work at all. I bought a two-pack, these really work, fun. They light up well. Quality is as expected, no surprises, no disappointment. These are neato! They light up my bike well and everyone wants to know where I got them. I'm the lady with the lights on my bike! if it had a way to turn it off, it would be the best! cheap, bright, and works very well on my bike! survived burning man, so cant be too bad, just wish i could turn it off during the day... I think the product would be more efficient if it just had an on/off switch. They claim it is motion sensitive (if I remember right), but it actually responds to vibrations, so smooth concrete sidewalks would not be your friend. Other reviews claim that it has to be pitch black for the light to turn on and that they won't work under street lights, but definitely not the case. I rode my bike on a campus full of overhead street lights and light emitted from buildings and they still lit up. Like I said the only troublesome thing about the product is the need for vibrations. Works for the price. Oh and shipping takes like a month, but what's the rush. They work if you hold them in your hand and shake them. Have never worked when on my daughters bike.
